ECA 2016 Convention – Hyatt Regency Baltimore Now Accepting Room Reservations
Dear ECA Community:
I just wanted to let everyone know that I’ve now received all of the planning documents from the different interest group leaders, so I am starting the fun task of scheduling a convention. Fingers crossed, I still hope to have a preliminary schedule version available in early January.
If you were at NCA this year, you may have heard that Baltimore is having a Light Festival just in time for our presence in the city. In fact, Light City Baltimore: A Festival of Light, Music, and Innovation (http://lightcity.org/) completely overlaps with our convention (March 31st to April 3rd), and the Light Festival will inhabit a lot of the same part of Baltimore where our convention is located. This does mean that we could be competing with Light City Baltimore for rooms in the area beyond on our original room block, so it is very important that you make your hotel reservations early to give us enough time to request further rooms if necessary.
