Please identify your submission with the subject line: “ECA USC Panel Submission”

GUIDELINES FOR PANEL DISCUSSIONS:

  1. Only ONE panel file should be sent per submission.
  2. This file should be formatted in a .docx or .pdf format
  3. This file should NOT include any identifying author, school, faculty, or contact information in the remainder of the paper.
  4. The file should include:
    1. Titles and abstracts for each paper or presentation (no author information)
    2. A program copy (no more than a 75-word description) as it should appear in the final program.
    3. A detailed rationale for the program/panel.

***Include with this submission a separate page with the following information;

  1. Student’s name
  2. Student’s address
  3. Student’s preferred phone number
  4. Student’s email
  5. Student’s school
  6. Faculty sponsor’s name
  7. Faculty sponsor’s address
  8. Faculty sponsor’s preferred phone
  9. Faculty email
