ECA 2015 Convention - Draft Program Posted Online
The 2015 Initial Program Draft is now posted on our website.
The current version of the program will give you the days, times, and locations of panels and sessions. We will not change these for preference or request. You may see how well your panel will fit elsewhere but the Planners see the butterfly effect where one small change skews the entire program.
We do want to make any changes needed to create the most accurate final program that is possible. Thus, errors in name spellings, session descriptions or titles, failure to list an accepted session, and failure to list or inaccurately listing a debut or student paper should be noted so that they can be corrected for the final version of the program. Notifications of errors must be sent to the Primary Program Planner no later than February 9, 2015.
* Change notifications will be posted with the next draft; should needed we will move some rooms to provide larger spaces for our (tba) Spotlight panels.
Sponsors and advertisers as well as session overviews and “at a glance” general information will be include in the final version of the program. We will also send an overview out via e-bulletin.
